[BLISS for tablets] Dock icon issues

The problem

The appearance of the dock from Bliss on tablets differs between landscape and portrait mode. In portrait mode, the icons in the dock seem to be glued to each other. In order to be in line with the landscape mode, there should be a little gab between all the icons.

Steps to reproduce

• Start /e/OS on a tablet
• Turn tablet from landscape to portrait mode.
