app lounge stops working

The problem

• Almost from the beginning (Nov 2023) in the App Store "App Lounge" the home page and update page needs 5-10 minutes to loud
• and in the last 6 months the App Lounge always stops to respond in the update page. so i have to update every app manualy in its app lounge page, but in the last 2 month is sometimes also stops to respond.
• since updating to 3.2 even searching the app by its name sometimes crashes the app lounge

Tried so far

• I have the latest os update

• this "Settings > Apps > See all apps > AppLounge > Clear cache and then Clear storage. " helps only on the first boot after cleaning

• the issue persists

• on an anonymous account and on my gogle account

• changing the advanced privacy doesn’t change the problem
