[BLISS for tablets] Tablet version of Bliss covering parts of an app

The problem

On the tablet version of Bliss, key elements of an app are not reachable anymore as they are hidden behind the Bliss bottom bar. I tested this with the Joplin notes app, bu it is likely to impact other apps as well. With the phone version of Bliss, the issue does not occur

The current behaviour on tablets appears only in landscape mode.

Steps to reproduce

• Install Joplin (https://joplinapp.org/) on an /e/OS tablet.
• Open Joplin (the described behaviour is shown on IMG-1 below.
• On IMG-2 the respective behaviour on a mobile phone is shown (no issue).
