The problem
The battery optimization settings for foundation.e.ntfy is set to Optimised, even if UnifiedPush is enabled in the system settings. This makes unified push notifications very unreliable. It should either be Unrestricted by default, or at least automatically be set to Unrestricted when the user enables UnifiedPush in the system settings.
