slider in menu für shuttersound does not have effect on Video-recordings

In the camera app, the shutter sound plays when starting and stopping video recording - even though the slider for playing shutter sounds is turned off in the menu.

I am using:
Fairphone 4
/e/os 3.2-a14-20251022539005-official-FP4
Camera: v1.53.1 (original camera API)

On my Fairphone 3 the problem doesn't exist (/e/os: 3.2-t-20251022539004-official.FP3)
