FP3 / issue with widevine library since last update to 3.1.4 stable A13

The problem

Since the update, this application stays stuck on the 1st screen. It was working before upgrading. Tried as well with DRM Info (com.androidfung.drminfo), same issue, the application cannot start.

in 3.1.4 something happened with the Vendor Patch Level, could be linked to that?

Note that the phone was upgraded from A12 to A13 when it was offered in the past, via OTA.

Steps to reproduce Install any application using the widevine library on a FP3 phone running /e/os 3.1.4 stable A13, such as "La Banque Postale". The application will not start. Check the logs and look for failure related to widevine.
