App Lounge fails to install or update any application

The problem

When I try to install anything using App Lounge, it fully downloads the application, then at 100% it does not install the application but instead says "Retry".
When I try to update an application, the same thing happens.
I have tried clearing the Storage and Cache of App Lounge but it does not fix it.
