Browser becomes extremely slow after update to 3.1.1 until cache/data is cleared

The problem

Browser becomes extremely slow after update to 3.1.1 until cache/data is cleared

Steps to reproduce

1. Update /e/OS from version 3.0.4-t to 3.1.1-t.
2. Observe browser version updated to 134.0.7204.179.
3. Attempt to open websites via the default browser using either Wi-Fi or mobile data.
4. Experience noticeable delay (2–4 seconds) in page loading after clicking links.

Current behavior

Pages in the browser take 2–4 seconds to finish loading after clicking, despite strong network connections and regardless of the site being accessed.

Expected behavior

Web pages should load promptly (nearly instantly) as they did before the update.

Workaround

Clearing browser data via: Settings > Apps > Browser > Storage > Manage space > Clear all data resolves the issue. After this step, browser performance returns to normal.
