Two-way syncing issue (device <-> ecloud)
Summary
Since a few days I am observing syncing issues etween my /e/ device and my ecloud:
- Documents (including audio and video) are not synced in neither direction.
- Contacts seem to be synced from ecloud to the device but not the other way around.
Steps to reproduce
For testing I put files into Movies and Music folders on the device and other files from my computer directly in the respective folders into ecloud. Non of them are synced.
For testin I created new contacts on the device and different ones directly in ecloud. The ones from the device appear soon after in ecloud. The ones created in ecloud do not appear in the devices contact directory.
All toggles from account sync settings are 'on' (see pic below).
@manojnair had the guess, that this issue could be related to the excessive data consumption issue that had been closed recently. (https://community.e.foundation/t/synchronization-e-drive/8449/7?u=ralxx, https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/apps/eDrive/issues/62)
Other issues that might be related:

I keep on testing. I wonder if logs would help narrowing down this issue?
What is the current behavior?
As described above.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Contacts should be created on the device or in the ecloud and bing synced between both. Documents (incl. Pics, Audio and Video files the same).
