FP3 location broken since v3.0.4

The problem

Since the 3.0.4 update, getting a GPS lock takes a long time like 5 - 10 minutes this used to work much better before. It is almost like the agps assist to get a quicker lock is not working at all. I did try to refresh the AGPS data in satstat already.

Also sometimes coarse location which is pretty far away from the actual location is used.

And sometimes I see to get an old location, after travelling sometimes 100s of kms away, instead of the location simply being reported as unknown.

In microg's location settings I've all options enabled except for "Use /e/OS’s location system". I don't remember disabling that option so I think it is off by default?

Steps to reproduce

Start a map app and notice the location is unknown or often off by easily 1 km.

Start satstat and notice there is no GPS lock even when outdoors with a clear view of the sky.

Often keeping the GPS on for 10+ minutes does eventually result in a GPS lock.
