[Feature] Japanese keyboard input option

Summary

I want to be able to type Japanese characters. I would like a new keyboard GUI that will allow me to do this. If possible, a replica of Android's existing japanese keyboard.

Description

I frequently use Duolingo, and am part of a japanese practice group. With my previous phone, I frequently typed in japanese through text and on Discord, but this is not possible on my Fairphone 5 with e/OS v3.0.4. There is no option to add a japanese keyboard GUI.

Validation

Should be able to change to a japanese keyboard when choosing an input method while the on-screen keyboard is toggled (such as after tapping into a text field).
