[Bug] Some pictures fail to send via MMS

The problem

Seemingly randomly, some MMS with pictures fail to send. The error 'Failed to send. Tap to try again' appears. Tapping to try again sometimes works.

Seen below: within seconds on the same day, on the same carrier, with the same settings, a certain picture recently taken would simply not send, while another sent just fine.

Steps to reproduce

Try to send an MMS with a picture with the default Message app. Some will fail.
