Pixel 5 redfind - IMS registeration failed and VoLTE doesn't work and no 5G

• /e/OS version: 3.0.4
• Device model(s): Google Pixel 5 (redfin)

The problem

Phone is connected to LTE but VoLTE doesn't work and when I check the code *#*#4636#*#*, the VoLTE toggle is disabled and can't be changed.

No 5G connection even in areas with coverage.

Also the IMS registration is failed.
