When exceeding cloud size - files that caused overflow cannot be deleted correctly

Erasing files after a cloud overflow does not work properly.

Summary

The MUSIC folder on my phone is synced into the ecloud. When I load one or several folders with mp3 files into the phone's MUSIC folder exceeding the max size of my cloud space, I am notified with warning message once the cloud is full. Now, I erase one or all of the folders with the files from the phone. As a consequence the albout should not be present anymore neither in the phone nor in the cloud. But in the ecloud some traces remain: either the empty folder or the folder with a few mp3 files. To get rid of them I need to erase them though the cloud's web interface.

Steps to reproduce

Copy/paste a folder with music to the phones MUSIC folder. The folder or folders should be larger than the cloud space available.
Once the cloud is full, erase th folders.

What is the current behavior?

The syncing between the phone and the cloud seem not work properly with an erase command

What is the expected correct behavior?

If I erase files on the phone they should be erased in the cloud as well.
