Duplicated app icons and disappearing shortcuts

• /e/OS version: v3.0.4
• Device model: Fairphone 4

Since I installed the new /e/ system update, I am experiencing different issues with app icons. First of all, some apps have duplicated icons (for example, the Recorder app, but also some other downloaded apps). If I try to delete one of those duplicate icons, the app is uninstalled altogether! If I try to move an icon next to its duplicate, a folder with the two duplicated icons is created... Another issue: sometimes, when restarting the phone, app icons are rearranged alphabetically, and the home screen shortcuts have disappeared.
