Installation of apps impossible while no issue 3 days ago

The problem

When I try to install some apps, nothing happens, except "Install" button change to "Retry". The description page of the app doesn't load either. I also tried with Aurora Store (https://f-droid.org/fr/packages/com.aurora.store/) and I get an error message "This app is not compatible with your device". It's the same with many apps (Signal, Spotify, CIC - banking app).

However, three days ago, when I installed the OS (community version) I didn't get this issue. No version changes could explain the issue. I tried to reinstall the OS (both community and official) and still have the issue.

The issue appeared after I tried the app Shelter (https://f-droid.org/fr/packages/net.typeblog.shelter/) and uninstall the concerned apps from the User profil in Shelter. When I tried to reinstall them the issue occurs. And I don't understand why reinstalling the OS doesn't improve the situation
