App Lounge doesn't work with ethernet connection

The problem

When accessing the internet through a wired Ethernet connection using a USB-C to Ethernet adapter, the App Lounge displays a connection error, while all other internet services work normally.

Steps to reproduce

  • Connect a USB-C to Ethernet adapter to the phone.

  • Plug in an Ethernet cable connected to a working network.

  • Confirm that internet access is active by:

    • Opening a browser and visiting any website.
    • Opening F-Droid or checking emails.
  • Open App Lounge.

  • Observe the error message:

    “Can't connect ! Please check your internet connection…”
