Recent apps inconsistency

The problem

Tap on Clear all on the recent apps view.

Open at least two apps.

Open the recent apps view.

Problem: instead of showing the last accessed app, it jumps back to the first one.

Tap on any recent app except the first one.

Open one more app not already present.

Open the recent apps view.

Problem: instead of showing the last accessed app, it shows the previously focused app.
