samsung galaxy s7 MDM-issues: "this device is owned by your organization" and else

• Impacted Application: MDM-implementation (?) parental control, shelter et al.

The problem

I could not activate parental control even if I wanted because I get a popup saying:

...which is a false statement because according to system settings "security" and "accessibility" no MDM is active whatsoever

(I never ever had any MDM-thing active - neither parental control, nor shelter nor anything else...)

device settings -> accounts -> add account
