Documentation for Participating in Translation/Localization

Summary

I couldn't find any information on how to contribute to the translation of /e/ apps. I found https://i18n.e.foundation/ and logged on, but it seems I cannot even submit suggestions in there.

I would like to contribute by improving and providing translation for pt_BR.

What is the feature?

There should be an easy-to-find description on how to contribute translations (e.g., in Contribute.md files).

Who will use this new feature?

In the end, all users that don't use /e/ apps in English will benefit if translations can be improved easily.

Why these users would like to use this feature?

Not everyone knows English well enough.
