Locking the bootloader with official and community build not possible

The problem
Its not possible to lock the bootloader with the actual e OS Version for Fairphone 5. This applies to both the official and the community version.
Steps to reproduce Fairphone 5 OS with Android Security Update of February 5, 2025. As is see in the community that some people have also issues with previous Android Security Update versions. 1.Install e OS like the manual in the documentation
2.Try to lock bootloader with (also mentioned in the documentation): fastboot flashing lock_critical fastboot flashing lock
Technical details
Tests in terminal (after install eOS without locking the bootloader, everything seems correct and ready for unlocking):
$ fastboot flashing get_unlock_ability
(bootloader) get_unlock_ability: 1
$ fastboot oem device-info
(bootloader) Verity mode: true
(bootloader) Device unlocked: true
(bootloader) Device critical unlocked: true
(bootloader) Charger screen enabled: true
