Impossible to use/startup Notes app

When opening the Notes app, on a new / factory reset install, the application will circle on the welcome option Choose Account / Use Local Notes.

· Get a new / factory reset /e/os install · Open the Notes app · Choose either cloud account or local notes

What is the current behavior?

Whether one chooses an account or prefers to use local notes, the app displays the welcome screen again.

Show new notes

Remove the app folder ? Note that the bug started when the cloud (murena.io) was unavailable.
