Improve UX when the app cannot be installed because of a support rule

Summary

As a user
I want to have a UX which makes it clear for me it's not possible to install the app and explains why
in order to understand what is going on instead of keeping retrying to install.

Description

The idea is to take inspiration from Aurora Store which makes it crystal clear why an app is not installing whereas on our side currently the user only sees a Retry button and keep retrying without success.
