Impossible to install some apps on certain phones

Summary

I can't install fr.gouv.franceidentite (France Identité) on some of my phones. I cannot consult the app page either.

The problem

Steps to reproduce

1. In App Lounge search for fr.gouv.franceidentite or France Identité or com.samsung.android.app.notes
2. Tap Install or tap the app to the the app page

What is the current behavior?

The first time it briefly displays CANCEL then reloads all search results, the other times it keeps displaying RETRY after very briefly disaplaying CANCEL.

It's impossible to see the app page which is in infinite loading.

No matter what I do (log out and log in again, clear cache, clear storage, shut the app, reboot my phone, wait a while) I keep seeing this behaviour.

It's possible to install it on other phones like dreamlte starlte FP4 and FP5

What is the expected correct behavior?

The app installs properly and it's possible to see its app page.
