Launcher's searchbar freezes and crashes at every search

Summary

Since the previous update, the launcher's searchbar doesn't work. I hoped it would be fixed with 2.7, but it is still not working... 😕 Every time I want to look for an app, it crashes and quits and shows a blackscreen, before returning to the home page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Swipe down on the launcher to pull the searchbar
2. Type the name of an app
3. Click on it
4. And then get a black screen

What is the current behavior?

I get a black screen at step 4.

What is the expected correct behavior?

My click on the app should open it.
