FP4 unable to send or receive MMS

Summary

Unable to connect with network after installing 2.6U and still unable to connect after installing 2.7. Borrowed APN setting from another phone on the same network (T-Mobile) and was able to reconnect to network. However cannot send or receive MMS data

The problem

Steps to reproduce Online there have been several APN settings listed to enable MMS data. Have tried at least 5 but none have been effective.

What is the current behavior?

When sending photos message appear "Sending" but after a few seconds error message appears "Failed to send .Tap to try again" but tap to try again does not work. But when sending image on Signal - image is delivered.

What is the expected correct behavior? Should see message that image was "Sent"
