Summary

The speakerphone is not working. When in a call and pressing the "loudspeaker" button the correspondent is not heard at all.

The problem

Steps to reproduce

· Make or receive a call (either phone or calling app such as Messenger, WhatsApp ...) · Start having a conversation · Press the loudspeaker button

What is the current behavior?

· Nothing is heard anymore, conversation goes silent. · My correspondent can still hear me.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The phone should echo the voice of the correspondent or whichever sound source broadcasted by the other end of the call.

Technical informations

I factory reset the phone and the problem is still here. A ticket has been opened by the maildesk on the 24th of September 2024. Ticket #9932893
