Circular icon of the battery level

Summary

The circular icon does not represent the battery level on some screens but does on others.

The problem

Steps to reproduce Put the circular icon for the bar (system - > status bar - > battery icon style)

Open the status bar, sliding the finger from the status bar down

What is the current behavior? The battery level circle shows the level when on any screen except when notifications are displayed. The other way of displaying the battery level (battery icon) does show it.

What is the expected correct behavior? Display the battery level in the circle also with the notifications displayed.
