FP4 not connecting to network thru Esim

Summary

Purchased Fairphone 4 from Murena November 2024. phone worked great once number was ported over. When 2.6.3 update was downloaded in December 2024 the network connection was lost. There was a bug in the new update that affected FP4 phones using Esim. The 2.7 update was issued in Jan 2025 and the release notes mentioned that this bug was resolved. There have been several people on the forums that have stated their FP4 phones are now working with Esim. My phone however does not - it only still works on Wifi and cannot connect to the network. I do not know what to do next. Can someone walk me through what steps can be taken please? Thank you!
