What is the current behavior?

Camera Option "Photo settings/Debugging Options/Use alternative flash method" is enabled and locked.

What is the improved behavior?

Option should be at least unlocked for the user to change

What does it bring?

The Camera can actually flash on taking a photo, instead of just keeping the light on continuously
