Bliss launcher has empty icon screen

  • /e/ version: 2.6.3 (U) and 2.6.4 (T)

Summary

After upgrade to 2.6.4 (T) from 2.5 this issue was there. Also had it after an upgrade to 2.6.3 (U) with whiping all user data. You can unlock the screen and then an empty screen (for more details about my story see https://community.e.foundation/t/feedback-for-v2-6-3/64267/313?u=someone69)

After unlocking the bliss launcher shows an empty screens no icons just your wallpaper.

Steps to reproduce

This has to do with the icons size. If you co to setting, display. "display size and text" and choose a smaller display size (it happens with the two smallest on my device). Screenshot_20250106-212947_Settings_1_ And go back to your homesceen all is good Screenshot_20250106-230146_BlissLauncher_1_, reboot your phone and bliss had an empty screen after unlock. You can go to settings and change the icons size to bigger and all is good on your homescreen. It seems a reboot with very small display size is the issue (see picture below current behaviour)

What is the current behavior?
