What is the current behavior?

I upgraded to 2.6.3 (FP4), which uses Android 14. Android 14 offers a webcam via USB functionality https://source.android.com/docs/core/camera/webcam ; however, when I plug in a USB cable to my PC, I do not see the option to use it as a webcam (other options are available in the USB cable connect menu)

What is the improved behavior?

See an option and functionality of using a webcam

What does it bring?

An higher quality webcam on my pc
