Manual Dark Theme toggle immidiately overwritten by schedule

Summary

When Dark Theme schedule is set up, it overwrites manual toggling. When you try to enable the Dark Theme before it is scheduled to, it lasts for anywhere from 0.5 to 3 seconds, and then the OS switches back to Light Theme. This was not an issue in 2.5-t.
