Bliss does not show app names with increased 'Display Size' in settings (regression)

Summary

There is an unexpected behaving when Screen Size is tweaked in the settings. When Screen Size is set to largest or second largest option, the apps names on Bliss' home screens vanish (regression)

The problem

Steps to reproduce

• Goto Settings > Display > Display size and text > Display Size
• Set Display Size to largest or 2nd largest option
• Go back to Bliss home screen

What is the current behavior?

• On the second largest option the app names are almost entirely cut off
• On the largest option the app names are entirely cut off This is a regression compared to e-2.5

What is the expected correct behavior?

No matter how Display settings are adapted, Bliss should always show app icons with the app name below.
