Summary

When attaching files to Mail (example app), the file selection interface allows previewing files, but this functionality becomes unavailable once a file selection is initiated.

The problem

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Mail app and compose a new email.
2. Attach a file by opening the file selection interface.
3. Preview a file using the small focus/objective icon.
4. Select a file to attach.
5. Attempt to preview another file while a selection is active.

What is the current behavior?

File previews cannot be opened once a file selection has been initiated.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Option 1 (Preferred): Allow previewing files even when selection has already been started.
OR
Option 2: Disable the preview functionality and associated icons when file selection is active to ensure consistent behavior.
