Location issues with navigation apps

Summary

For several users, at least one navigation app (Google Maps, Magic Earth...) is not able to catch their real position

Open a navigation app like Google Maps

What is the current behavior?

It is not able to get the current position, and seems to keep a previous one

What is the expected correct behavior?

Being able to get the current location

Technical information

I wonder if the problem could be coming from Maps itself. As I don't face the issue with MagicEarth for example. Sometimes only one app is affected, sometimes it's general.
