FP4 Problem during installation process: no access tu adb functions

I encountered a problem with the latest offical download version (September and the one before). Somehow the program did not manage to access adb commands and therefore could not check if the device is unlocked.

I deleted the part of the code where the unlock status is checked, afterwards it worked fine. Maybe you could fix this for future users? I'm using Windows 10, maybe the problem does not exist for Linux users.

Also I would like to add that I already used older download Versions (early this year and did not have this problem)
