FP5 no selection of mobile network

Mobile Data is working, but you can't switch off automatic network selection. If you try, you always get "no network detected". This is a problem near boarders or when roaming abroad. When roaming the status line always shows only my home network vodafone.de I am using e/is 2.5 official
