status.murena.io is inconsistent

Summary

The following issue concerns the status notification (status.murena.io). The status notification is a useful tool in order to understand whether Murena services are up or down. As it is, the status system is misleading - as it seems, at least notes and tasks are not taken into account in order to notify whether the service is up or down.

This text is written on 22-oct-2024 after Murena services were unavailable for almost 2 weeks. The hereby described behavior has no urgency but aims to notify an inconsistency related to the status notification.

What is the current behavior?

As of 22-Oct-2024 the system displays 'All Systems Operational' (see screenshot)
At the same time, notes and tasks are not operational (yet)

What is the expected correct behavior?

When the system displays 'All Systems Operational', all systems including notes and tasks should be operational - otherwise it should be notified and the status bar should not be colored in green.
Furthermore (1): it would be good to specify somewhere on the page what 'All systems' includes
Furthermore (2): it would be useful to specify to users what it means 'All Systems Operational' with a percentage (see screenshot) of 81,47%.
