The problem

Steps to reproduce

1. Open several apps on the device.
2. Access the app switcher carousel by pulling the current app halfway up the screen.
3. Observe the content display in the carousel for each app.

What is the current behavior?

The app switcher carousel sometimes shows a blank preview for certain apps, even if they were opened seconds ago. Surprisingly, after the device reatart, all previously open apps (up to 10-15) have the preview shown correctly.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The app switcher carousel should consistently display content previews of all recently used apps.
