What is the current behavior?
In the updated /e/OS 2.4-t browser, tapping the address bar shows the current URL along with a search suggestion to search for the entire URL in the default search engine. This search suggestion is redundant and not useful. Tapping the "X" sometimes closes the suggestion and brings up history suggestions for the domain, but this behavior is inconsistent. Occasionally, both the search and history suggestions appear together.
What is the improved behavior?
The search suggestion for the full URL should be removed entirely. Instead, there should be an option to search for the domain within history if desired, while maintaining the original behavior of showing full browsing history upon a single tap.
