Read & write reviews in app description (AppLounge)

Summary

User reviews for an app are not shown in the app's description in App Lounge. There is also no possibility to write reviews. We should be able to score & review apps and see how others have scored & reviewed them.

Description

As far as I can see there is no way to access individual reviews (& scores) in the description of an app you might want to install in App Lounge. There is a single 'score' out of 5 and that's it. Instead, it would be extremely useful to be able to read the users's reviews and see their associated (individual) ratings, like in mainstream app stores, especially if these could be sorted by OS type so you could see if an app works well or not with e/os/.

Related to this, it should also be possible for e/os/ users to rate & review an app, but it doesn't seem to be possible at the moment. In consequence, it seems that all we can use for deciding whether to install an app or not is a single score which might even not be based on any e/OS/ user.

PS: I would like to add the labels 'AppLounge' and any other relevant ones but I am not sure how
