Murenacloud Mail does not filter correctly in Conversation Mode

I select this filter:

But the search results are strange:

I select the Mail with the ( 12 ) and there is no attachement. So I thought it's maybe the conversation Mode. So I deactivate it and now the Search workes like expected.
