for the herolte it can be stated that other phones with Android stock ROM as well as iphones received the test alerts w/o issues, being in the exact same location and being connected with the exact same provider (Congstar/Telekom)

no idea because these test emergency alerts only happen once a year...

What is the current behavior?

• test alert in Germany happened 12th September 2024 at 11:00 (CEST)
• device is connected to mobile network of provider (no "flight mode" or the like)
• all emergency alert options are enabled in the device
• no visual nor audio alarm-notification was received
• log of previous alerts does not show entries for 12th September 2024 at 11:00 (CEST)

What is the expected correct behavior?

• visual AND audio alarm-notification are received
• log of previous alerts does show entries for 12th September 2024 at 11:00 (CEST)
