GS-290 update issue (unsufficient memory)

Summary Update to /e/OS 2.3 blocked with message "... at least 397MB internal memory needed..." Actual memory usage on the phone 15GB of 64GB

The problem Simply hit the Download-Button in update section.

What is the current behavior? Stops with error message (free tranlated from german) "More space needed. Update can not be finished, because of unsufficient memory. At least 379MB free internal memory is needed to continue."

Side note: Same update works fine on OnePlus Nord.

What is the expected correct behavior? Download process should start without message, because more than 45GB memory is unused on the phone.
