Not possible to verify the Getaround account

I was not possible to validate the my Getaround using an /e/OS phone
The problem
Steps to reproduce
- Install Getaround
- Create an account
- While renting a car, it will ask you to validate the account (validate driving licence and identity proof)
- scan driving licence
- scan passport
- record a video with your face
What is the current behavior?
- while scanning driving licence and passport, I saw a "Cannot detect any face" on the screen: the app was not able to detect the face on both documents, but at the end allowed me to upload the pictures
- while trying to recorde my face, again it showed me "Cannot detect any face": as a consequence, it was not allowing the record, so I was not able to validate my account
What is the expected correct behavior?
I should be able to validate my Getaround account when the Getaround app is running on /e/OS
