Ambiguity in Custom Location in Weather

(Issue title)

Ambiguity in Custom Location in Weather

Summary

I cannot discern the proper city when selecting a custom location in the Weather app. As you can see in the screenshot, I am offered multiple choices, but no way to determine which choice is the city I want. Presumably this is because there are multiple cities in the world with the same name. Screenshot_20181010-104202

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Weather Settings
  2. Enable "Use custom location"
  3. Touch "Location" and enter the desired city in the dialog box. In the search I tried entering a variety of formats ("Newport", "Newport, Washington, USA", Newport,/WA, etc) They all presented me with multiple ambiguous choices.

After selecting one of the choices, the configuration page shows the city with the country: Screenshot_20181030-103537

But there are multiple cities with the same name in the US, so I still don't know which one I got. Screenshot_20181030-095647

What is the current behavior?

Only the city name is presented.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Present the city name along with the locality that makes it unique (ie country and county/state)

Relevant logs and/or screenshots

Possible fixes

  1. Display more locale details in the selection dialog.
  2. Show more locale details in the desktop widget.
