Connect to mobile data and use it.

What is the current behavior?

Mobile data usage doesn't include in its totals upstream data. It does show for each individual app, but not the total for a perdiod. Network traffic monitor in the status bar always reports 0 for uploads. Only downloads are shown correctly.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Both up and downstream data usage is reflected in both network traffic monitor and totals in mobile data usage
