Wifi disconnects repeatedly

Summary
When trying to connect to my wifi both phones connect to the wifi for a couple of seconds and then get disconnected immediatly. Afterwards the phones try to connect again, get connected and get disconnected again. This repeats endlessly.

What is the current behavior?
The phones cannot get a stable connection.
What is the expected correct behavior?
The phones connect to the wifi, stay connected and not get disconnected.
Technical informations
I've tried various fixes without success. For example deleting the connection-details on the phone and wifi, restarting the phone and connect again. Activating airplane-mode does not help as suggested here: https://community.e.foundation/t/fairphone-4-disconnects-wifi-repeatedly/59106 Changing from WAP2 to WAP3 did not help either. The Problem started a couple months ago an persists through v2.2.
