TL;DR: Bring back the @erobot.

Description: There seems to be confusion regarding the automated messages originally sent by @erobot. Recently, these messages are being sent by mods instead of @erobot, which raises the question of whether these messages are still automated. This change has led to the following issues:

1. It is not clear if the messages are automated anymore.
2. Filtering closed trackers by the user @erobot is not possible, making it difficult to track issues previously handled by @erobot.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Observe the automated messages in the issue tracker.
2. Note the recent change in the sender of these messages from @erobot to various mods.
3. Attempt to filter closed issues by the user @erobot and note the inability to do so.

Expected Results:

• Automated messages should clearly indicate if they are still automated or if a mod is manually sending them.
• It should be possible to filter closed issues by the user @erobot to ensure efficient tracking and management of issues.
