issue with storage access framework

Summary

Some storage access based functions fail, as if a file manager was missing :

-case 1 : under phone settings > storage :

when touching "documents and others" (or "videos", "pictures", "audio") in order to further investigate where the storage is strongly used, the error is shown :

-case 2 : in NewPipe, either when trying to download a video/audio, or when trying to define the download directory in the app settings, the file manager is not correctly called to operate the action :

Please note that this happens when I use various file managers.
